well i dont know how to recover health but when u first start off take that 5000 gold and buy a bunch of coal. then compare it with all the towns nearby.when you find a town that pays more than ur starting town, go to that place and sell it.Dont buy any weappons or armor.
once you sell it you should have enough for a cart. you can repeat this process again then buy a cart, hire somone, and join the guild of ur choice.I reccomed enforcers.
It costs about 10,000 gold to get the biggest vessel and another 40,000 to buy the best weapons and armor for your whole party. In other words, once you have 50,000 gold you are unstoppable.
Look for two towns one day apart that have big price differences. Starting with big money items first, spend all of your gold on stuff that will make you a profit. Don't buy any equipment. Run from all Buccaneers (and Enforcers too if you have black market stuff). Go back and forth between the two towns until you have 50,000 gold. This should take about 12 days.
Now get the biggest vessel, hire the best fighters you can find, and buy the best weapons and armor. Have fun winning the game.
You should get all of your health back any time you get to a city. If you don't, reload. It's probably a bug (big surprise there).
Don't press go after you finished a battle too quickly otherwise it crashes, well it does for me. I suggest you skip most of the vessels so get cart, then the best vessel, coz when you buy down you don't get refunds :'(. Invest in good weps and armour early and it helped me out a lot.

It's got a good concept, but it glitches out way too much. plus wtf gives with items disappearing?
The first thing I bought was ten cloth units. After that, I found the place that had the lowest price for diamonds(for me, it was usually around 7000-8000 gold). After I had bought one, I upgraded to the Vanguard, picked up injured people, firing those I didn't need, and once I had a good crew assembled, I traded around so I could buy claymores and mythril armor for everyone in the party. After that, the game was smooth sailing for me.
Don't buy any other vessel at first, the biggest vessel is only around 10-12k. Start up by looking around in towns where you can make the biggest profit. Always try to make up all your money. If you got the biggest vessel help people if you're between 2 towns and see if their stats are good so you don't have to buy them. After you got 5 people start the missions That's how I did it.
1.travel to another town where the silver and iron is low cost. 2.upgrade your vessel to CART. 3.DONT hire somebody. 4.if just go travveling trough city's if you find some1 you can : 1:rob , 2:help , 3:ignore. pick the option 2. 5.When you help the guy you will need to go to a city,When you arrive he can : 1.just thank you. 2.Give you some cash (1-5000)
then get enough money for the last vessel. 6.when you get the vessel go pick op some more ppl (dont hire) at a moment you'll find somebody that can hit NAN. 7.Deafeat siege(s) and you'll get NAN money 8.FINISHED!
hey, how do get the reputation if 30, if you just finished the buccaneer guild. i have a -100 rep. i know how to get a good rep., but is there a faster way? (i only know that you kill buccaneers, and take on people in your party.)
find trade routes- I gradually upgraded my cart and built my money until I could buy a diamond. I found one of the cheapest places to buy (about 8000) and bought one. Then I went to an expensive city (Root? Idk but it was more than 13000 for diamonds) and sold it. Do it one more time and you can buy two diamonds, then 4, and eventually you can fill your inventory with diamonds. That's money!
