It's impossible using any vehicle other than the ???, the Helicopter, and the Hot Air Balloon, so no, I cannot get up the hill.
No could not get all the way but I got to about 80 degrees then fell on me back. the first part of it was okay. I don't think its possible to get up the hill, actually it would be a mountain not a hill. also its in the wrong part of the forums.
the only way up is the balloon and the heli. not even the ??? can get you up there, and I thought it could at first.
