These levels are for Crush the Castle Players Pack

Post your own killer fortress or try your hand at crushing the castles of others. For users posting their own creations, please consider the following guidelines:

Give your castle a title. This will allow other members to easily reference it in their comments.
Show off your work with a screenshot. A great tool for screenshots and videos is Jing.
Provide a description or hint. If your castle has any notable features or specific tactics make sure to let people know about them.
Don't forget your link. Simply copy the link directly from the Crush the Castle Players Pack editor and paste it in your post.

We had a ton of fun making this game and are really looking forward to seeing what you can do! Who knows, me may even use it in another version of the game.

Note: When posting images please use the image button in the form below and provide the URL to your screen shot. We do not allow raw HTML tags nor do we host images. If you need a place to host your images online consider one of the many photo sharing services.

How to Load a Castle:

Simply click on a shared castle link and you will be directed to the game immediately. The game will then load the castle take you right to the editor. Click Test Castle when it's loaded to try it out. It's just that simple!

How to Save a Castle:

Start up the Build and Share area.

Build your castle and click Share when you area ready.

Name your castle and click OK.

Click COPY to copy the link.

Share the link with everyone you know.

Falgorr - do a computer search and, allow it to look in hidden files because the sol file is hidden on purpose. (PS - is that a chocolate chip cookie or a "hermit" cookie?)

If you find the thread on 72 it will give you enough information to find the file but do not edit or save the file because it will be destroyed in notepad!!!! Just cut and paste the appropriate level that you want to edit then exit notepad and work in Word.

The file will start with your named save and have some indistinguishable letters and the real file will start with the background (9 is snow) something like 9~w_i:800,400| which means snow background and a wall made of iron at pixel point 800 on the x-axis and 400 on the y-axis. Try it out. The "|" character ends the element definition so you can program the next element. Try this, use the above element definition and try 9~w_i:800,400|w_i:1021,320|fl_w:910,350|

The try the same thing but raise the wood floor

9~w_i:800,400|w_i:1021,220|fl_w:910,150|

The do this, use the above and add some small stuff and then another floor - all floors are 10 pixels thick:

9~w_i:800,400|w_i:1021,220|fl_w:910,150|fs_i:800,140|fs_i:1021,140|c_k:1021,100|fl_w:1021,50|

Cut and paste this stuff in "import"

Okay, for fun let's bring someone in from height - funny how that floor wobbles on the kings head - hi hi hi... I moved everything in closer to the trebuchet for fun... Scroll right to see the stuff. Load another game and use the import function to see this stuff.

It is possible to have three royal families alive in the above level - figure it out (for shour - what the heck was that??) For sure!

Here is my architectural nod to Frank Lloyd Wright.
It's a shame you have to destroy it. Try with one shot (SB).

Alert: Has anyone seen their CtC screen go red with a message indicating corruption and "go to my site" link?? There may be a virus in the system. Time for a Restore maybe.

anyway. for you courtjester, since i know you like castles that can kill a person with a pea, here ya go. its possible, since i did it :3

Falgorr - I saw your castle in the shares - I think it might be this one

I did nail the guard inside with a pea!

@castlenovice - didn't work for me! I play around with it for a bit but couldn't get anything to launch back to get the princess at the trebuchet!

package delivery

The king gets a package delivery but the effort kills the cute little courier. The king never signed for the package and, seeing the carnage, the queen faints. Objective, kill the king with one or more pea shots (SS) but do not disturb the queen. Bonus, bring the package down off the tower with the same or additional peas (SS). Again, do not disturb the sleeping queen.

Circus Act

This one is based off of LOL a few pages back. The King and his friend have brought their families to the circus for some r & r. A daredevil is trying to jump over a deadly spear. Will he make it? Will he hit the spear? Or will he crack his poor little head on the viewing platform? Will he land alive on his target? Please let me know how it works on your computers. It seems to work on mine but I've had the share do strange things to my castles before.
