Post your own killer fortress or try your hand at crushing the castles of others. For users posting their own creations, please consider the following guidelines:
Give your castle a title. This will allow other members to easily reference it in their comments. Show off your work with a screenshot. A great tool for screenshots and videos is Jing. Provide a description or hint. If your castle has any notable features or specific tactics make sure to let people know about them. Don't forget your link. Simply copy the link directly from the Crush the Castle Players Pack editor and paste it in your post.
We had a ton of fun making this game and are really looking forward to seeing what you can do! Who knows, me may even use it in another version of the game.

How to Load a Castle:
Simply click on a shared castle link and you will be directed to the game immediately. The game will then load the castle take you right to the editor. Click Test Castle when it's loaded to try it out. It's just that simple!
How to Save a Castle:
Start up the Build and Share area.
Build your castle and click Share when you area ready.
When charlesme woke up and realized that he had to rebuild the "budget cuts" structure that castlenovice crushed with a pea, he sent all the remaining inhabitants to DrElmer's castle and although it was a bit crowded, they seemed to fit in nicely. However, that sly fox, castlenovice, still had a single pea left over!!!!! And, DrElmer was gambling with the king so, his castle was indeed in need of repairs...
I just went thru very quickly on the feedbacks. Good stuff, indeed. I wish I had the time to summarize the wishes (from my point of view) ................. Spontaneously summarized: Code editing as in the old version New building elements (arches, variable length, etc.) Ability to integrate ammunition in the building process AND MOST IMPORTANT WHEN UPGRADING: no change of the coordinate system as happen from "version 1" to "version 2" ->>> a lot of excellentissime (I know its not english ;-) structures just went crap with CTCPP (especially very elaborated, high-sophisticated flip- and coordination structures. One more thing: It's not wise to have two CtC games cannibalizing each other. At a certain moment, you have to quit the one or the other version.
However, the loyal guard saves the queen in another bad construction project.... We will need some repairs Charlesme! Kill the queen with a pea stone...
@castlenovice - This is why the players pack is so much better than the shares because here, you can describe what the level skill is needed. Jesse made a couple of suggestions that I thought were good. One to have different weapons for different levels and that you could submit them into those categories. Basically, even though you may have TSB's they can be disabled for that level by the creator. The second one, which I will soon expand upon is building your own realm with an empty field to start and you fill it up with castles with weapons disabled to suit the castles. It would be cool if when you crushed the castle, that some horses came out, hitched up the trebuchet and moved it to the next screen!
BTW - your bridge was an immediate hit in the shares and was bastardised very quickly by the shares brain mentality.
Hey charlesme - cool on 1.5! I moved some static stuff and and she survived but quickly lay down (alive even with the rocking platform) until the king jumped her bones in an awkward fashion - quite kinky!
