I am tired of seeing Strop's uninspired gibberish he likes to call art being praised. So I am going to show you what real art is through the eyes of a master. Due to the face that you people aren't of a caliber as high as mine, I will be explaining all my art to you as I go along. Hope you enjoy. This first one is an accumulation of 19 layers and surprisingly a lot of work.
I call it 'Hidden Faces & Crux of Internet'
This picture is depicting the simple innocence of a young man reaching out for help to an older, father-life figure. The simplistic faces are just guises that the users wear as to hide their true selfs which are portrayed by the bodily figures. The eldest man with the beard, being the experiences user of the internet is fully garbed. This is to show that he has learned the tricks of the trade and has successfully concealed himself and is not subject to the prowess of the internet anymore, but it is a reflection on his fears to let his true feelings be seen by the eyes of the judgmental world. Children surround this elder figure, as to show his following. He has lured many younger users of the internet into his red robe, which is to be seen as his wisdom that stretches throughout his sphere of influence on the internet. These children can be seen as his very young and inexperienced apprentices. But the old man is not satisfied and does not see the justice in these children, or the conviction to become what he is now: a hermit of the web, as seen by the beard. But this man sees the new being, sitting alone on the green pedestal. The green symbolizes nature, and the natural sense given off the boy, as if not tampered by man yet, also layered to mean that he has not been tampered by the scum of the internet(goatse, 4chan, etc.). His naked appearance is to contrast the old mans shelter to this boy, who is nude and is really naive, revealing himself to the old man, really unprotected and allowing anyone to come and judge him. The old man feels a sense of camaraderie with this boy, maybe because he was once young and let himself open. They reach out for each other. Because there is a mutual need. The young boy in search of an idol, a teacher, to teach him the ways of the internet. Whereas the old man needs a successor he can be proud of in life. This need overwhelms them as they try and connect to each other, probably through p2p. But they do not touch, there is a barrier between them. The computers that they speak on can only do so much and they must take off those simplistic masks that hide their true selves so that they can meet in the real world, and until those barriers are gone they will never really be able to touch. As for the children, some are angry and some are happy. The happy are glad to see their master find someone true and they truly seek their master's happiness, where as the other boys, who represent wrath and greed want the master for themselves and see the threat in this new apprentice. All in all, the barriers which block the transfer of wisdom from master to apprentice are materialized through the internet and computers, where true face to face talking is not possible, and this has caused a break in the sequence of life where knowledge transfer is at a standstill, creating disorder in our world. I have a few other explanations but this is my main one.
Well Klaus....ah nevermind...you'll hate me for what I say
Nice pic though.
Say it... ._.
Where's the penis?
Due to the artistic censorship of AG I can't put a penis on. But it also works to show the limitations of intimacy within an online world when regarding 'cybering' or a long distance relationship.
