A Nuclear Bomb is also referred to as an A-Bomb/Atomic Bomb because the result of the Atomic Fusion/Fission done in the bomb is the result of Nuclear radiation, because radioactivity is the only way to fuse/fission.

What to do? I'd say nothing. They can kill, sure, but they haven't done anything for years. I personally think that their leader is a weak man that realizes that he has no real power in the world, the fourth largest military -- sure, but not much else. Blowing them to bits or nuking them wouldn't help, and the USA trying to police them down would only bring the USA's status even lower in the world.
