Hmm, are you sure that it's connected to the computer correctly? xP You probably do, just make sure all the cords are plugged in right.

Well, on mine I have to manually select scan on a menu being displayed on a little screen on the printer/scanner thing a ma jig. When I select scan I then select the option scan to, it then gives me the available applications I can use and I choose MS Paint.

It also could be the fact that you haven't downloaded the software on your computer to use the scan function.

Hmm, did you make sure to install the printer software in your computer? You should have gotten a CD with the printer.

Thats the prob, this was a long time ago =P I cant remember... Im going to look around and will report back.

You may be able to find the driver online as well, if it isn't installed. Just type in the model of your printer and then driver.
