Hmmkay, got the first evidence on the WoM mail, btw. Which, due to having been created for the WoM, is seen as a part of AG, kinda. He did it twice, Strop confronted him, he apologized and said he was okay with being banned because of it. Then there was no more before the alt-incident where he used the username for the photobucket (made it wonderfully easy to find and track on from there), seemingly trying to save his butt before the original getting banned (just theory), so yeah. This is what I know, but what Nemo has told is probably correct too.
