If you have'nt heared the news, Halo : ODST has been released today if you are intrested in buying the game it may be around £/$45 maybe £/$50+ if you buy the bonus pack aswell which is you are able to play Sgt.Johnson . The game is a major release. There are previews on Youtube.com for the 1st misson which I have seen I will give some info on the game but not to much because that would just ruin the entire game for you. You are a ODST (Orral De Shock Trooper) About to drop down into a covenat ship but the ship gos lightspeed and you and your team go off course which is leading you to a planet where I don't know but you may be the only surviver from the crash of the squadrin.
Note: You do not play 'The Master Cheif'or any other Spartan class you are a regular human and you must go to health points (I think so) To regain your health (Not sure but confidant) I'm soon to be pupishing the game and if you would like to know more Info on the game request here and I will gladly tell you Yours Sincerly Tom

You are wrong. Halo is one of the best seeling games in the world and youjust hav'nt played them and felt like getting points so you posted here about a game you have never played before everyone likes Halo you just hav'nt played it and are snooby because your probley a PS3 Fanboy
Note: I'm a Xbox lover but I'm not a fanboy I do study about every console and try and get them when I can. I alreday have the Ps2 (Sold Ps1) PSP, Nintendo, Played on Nintendo lite, Played on NintendoI, Wii, Xbox 360. And I just go on all diffrent websites and study about the games and no I'm not a geek I had Cross Countrey today game 13th out of like 180 lads maybe 100 :P I'm also a Athletics chapmion :l
Ok let me set the record straight for all who are confused by the thread creator's lack of good english: 1. You play as an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper(the Delta Force of the UNSC) 2. The game's setting is right in the middle of Halo 2. The game begins after the third or fourth level of Halo 2, right after you kill the Scarab, and before the first Arbiter mission. At the end of the Scarab level, the Prophet of Regret's capital ship(he was leading the attack on Earth) opens a slipspace rupture and flees Earth for the second Halo ring. The Master Chief, Commander Keyes, and Sgt. Johnson follow him in their own vessel teeming with human soldiers. 3. This is where the Rookie comes in. His squad was dropping to Earth when Regret was leaving. The shockwave from the slipspace explosion caused widespread damage to the city and caused your drop pod to malfunction and shut down. You wake up about six hours later in a completely Covenant controlled city with no knowledge of what happened during your time out and no clue as to the whereabouts of your squad. To discover what happened, you must find clues throughout the city. 4. The campaign is open world, so feel free to do the campaign or explore the remains of the city.
This is THE ACTUAL STORY of the game. It doesn't take place during Halo 3 or after. This is in Halo 2. I hope you enjoy the game, but be careful, [i]the brutes have your scent, and they love the smell of green.
Blue, you have to understand where I wrote that from. I hate every idiot on the Internet saying the setting is during Halo 3 or even Halo 1. Did ANYONE read the GameInformer article on it? Thanks for being on my side, and I want morons disagreeing with me so I can prove them wrong.
The brutes have your scent, and they love the smell of green
That what you mean'nt? Tom, I'm not a idiot if you are pointing to me, You have basiclly copied what I have said :l Gameinformer WTF? Xbox 360 magizine and BTW I don't even have the game yet and all of that informatio I alreday knew :l I seen a clip of the 1st misson on Youtube.com
I just expanded on what you said to give more detail and help those who can't understand your lousy typing. Are you even posting in English? It's meant not mean'nt you moron. Clearly you need to study English.
I'm English you Doap and give me break I'm a sporty 10 year old not some 18 year old stuck to his laptop like a total nerd which he is saying that because he has better grammar then 10 year olds he thinks he can boss pepole around and be all snidey
LOL, I have never read the books but I know the entire storyline of Halo
Note: I do not have Halo 1, Halo 2 Or Halo ODST (Getting it in a few days) In Halo Wars The Arbiter is killed by Sgt.Forge but relly I think that the armor gets passed down to the Arbiter in Halo 3 :P
Uhhhh what gave you that idea, the fact that you dont even MEET the arbiter from Halo 2-3 until the first game(he commanded Covenant forces on the first Halo ring) or how they had different voices? Play Halo 2, and the prophets mention that EVERY single Arbiter before the present one died in battle. Also, I am 14, and have a life beyond this vast space of crap namely the internet. On the subject of ODST, not bad, a vast improvement over Halo 3 that's for sure. P.S. I am American, so I had no idea that you were English. However, on Xbox Live, there is a recurring trend of little kids like you insulting my country and my people. Are you one of those little cockbiters?
I have the game and is awsome, bungie made something way too diferent from the other halo games, the campaign is epic and feels a lot diferent fom the other games, they reintroduced 2 old wapons wich are my favorite and anew one, also to notice they made a really big map for all the game and firefight is awsome.
For fututre reference, firefight its like horde mode from gears, but bungie had planned to introduce it in the original halo 3 but they didnt had time to introduce it.
