all you have to do is flash freeze him, and use mind free when you cant. it keeps him from using anything that takes focus. just use flash freeze, glacier, flash freeze, glacier, mind freeze, and then repeat
Two ways...First is veryyy long, second is riskier though.
First way: The flash freeze-mind freeze lock, jvt expllained it rahter well, but instead of glacier use regulate, and for the mind freezes it's 2 I think regulates per.
Second way: Get ice wall and other things that help with reducing damage. Spam regulate, spam your defensive skills on anyone hit with tick tock (roald should greater purpose them also, 40%+75% from maxed ice wall is pretty big), cold neurology mighit help here too.
The reason why the first way is so long, because under that, all he will do is use electric storm every 2 turns, and regulate does NOT dispel that, so you have to rely on veradux's electro-bolt. Doing flash freeze first would get him to I beleive 40 focus, you should keep him equal during the mind freeze portion, then regulate again, and let him attack, then mind freeze so he can't go on a rampage with the focus regen.
Psychological is not as hard as you say. Traumatize him, then use it again. He will use electric storm. Use Shock Therapy to dispell. Wait until Traumatise is recharged, then use it, followed by another. Just rinse and repeat.
