what you call a national exam is coming soon for me,but i feel stressed,especially worried about my chinese,can anyone just tell me how do you cope with the stress,and if you are a chinese,how do you remember those damn symbols? my english is X100 better
I do not cope with stress, I use the stress to make myself better. Stress is basically making you more focused/alert (which ruins the body after some time, but shh) so directing this focus onto what you need to focus on would help.
