1. Right-click the image

2. Copy the direct link

3. click "image" above the box

4. Paste direct link

Should work.

This should really help you out
But if you still don't get it, then here are the steps.
1. Click the blue button on top of the text box labelled "Image"
2. Paste the image location into the box that should pop up
3. Click OK
You're done. Or...

You could go like this:


If you use something like Photobucket, make sure you copy and paste the Direct Link.
