If u do not believe me, there is a way u can score that yourself
at stage 3-10 there will be TONS of pixels falling and what u gotta do is just move your mouse left and right of the gameplay screen so u catch all the pixels. Unfounatly i died at stage 8 with 23279 pixels, how sad D:
