Okay, I made this thread because people keep asking why some site features have disappeared, and what they did. I've also seen most of these have been suggested months after they've been removed. Here are the ones that seem to be asked about the most:
The Red Dot This is the little dot that appears next to your name when you visit yours or someone else's profile. What does it do? Nothing, now. It used to turn green if the user whose profile you were visiting was online, but that was removed because it created an excessive amount of unnecessary lag.
The Online User List This was the list at the bottom of the forum list that showed you ever user who was online. Yes, it was indeed very helpful, but it was removed for the same reason as the red dot. Since more and more users come online every day, I doubt that it will come back.
The "Vote Up" Button This was the little green arrow icon that appeared next to the red flag on comments. It supposedly made it so mods would see your reviews more easily and gave you a bigger chance of getting a merit; really, all it did was make the text bigger. This was removed because it was abused, it wasn't very useful, and it created a fair amount of lag. If you look carefully in the news/announcements, however, you can still see one of these once in a while.
The Chatbox This one is self-explanatory, but it was removed because it was abused and it was too difficult to moderate. If you want to have an AG chatroom, you have to create one yourself.
Referrals Another self-explanatory one, this feature allowed you to gain an unnecessary amount of points by "inviting" other users to the site. It was removed because it was, obviously, abused. This is also explained in the Armorgames FAQ.
I think that covers most of them. Feel free to add any others that I missed. And if this is a thread somewhere already, feel free to lock it.
