I think that Armogames should have a forum section called "Recyling bin". The meaning of that section is, that every locked topic is moved to that section, so we doesent get all these indifferent topics.
Another thing is that, the mods doesent have to delete topics then. They just move it to "Recyling Bin" so users that cant find there thread may take a look in the "Recyling Bin" because its probably moved to there

The recycle bin would probably get really full after a while though. I also don't really understand what you mean by users that can't find their thread and etc.
i has to work and it would be so much better than them blocking up at the end a nother sudjestion is to belet threads when thay are a year with out a post which wuold free up a bit of space
