As windshift said, it is a bunch of components that the game then mixes and matches. Result: a sniper with a revolving chamber and a shotgun that can shoot rockets! how cool is that??
You can stick acid inside your bullets and mess around with your guns all you like.
Thats something I dont think has been done yet.
It's actually weapon combinations. Like sticking scopes and silencers on weapons.
Yes but when you put a scope on a rifle you dont have a normal rifle you have a sniper rifle. At least this is how I look at it. I know its stupid but what ever.
