I have alway's thought that all these insurgencies(this is my opinion, don't take it seroisly if you find it offencive)
Was a utter waste of human life and energy. I came to the fact, whatever your idealogy, religion, or bleif is... were all humans(with exceptions ). The point is... I can't understand, why we have to use so much energy, to spread hateful things toward diffrent idea's and treat them as alienated disease's. Really I came to the fact, where I treat the will of others with respect, but you keep your own will intact, but really, you say yes, and keep a open mind. Im not really saying you have to believe in the will of others, no, but rather, lend out a ear once in a while. It may broaden one's thoughts and knowledge, and mabye, jsut mabye, we might even get a sliver of peace for once, and not be a bunch of qaurreling pompus brats.

Mind my grammer if there is any mistakes. I'm like Stylvester stallone on this computer... The hamster running it is dying because I tried to inject steriods into it. Peace everyone.

Nice answer. I would have to agree.

and to this
once religion loses its grip and ppl are more open to one anothers beliefs,

I find that this statement is highly contradictory, because you are saying that religion is a lesser belief and one that causes people to not respect other peoples beliefs...and yet by saying this you are not respecting people who are religious?
... I would say piffle. There are too many religions with people pushing THEIR religion as "the one" and making WAR over the matter of belief...

Im not disrespecting someones belief or even their reasons for believing something I dont believe in. I am putting down the actions of the people who cause grief thru belief. It just so happens that a majority of people who cause grief thru belief are religious. ???

Once religion looses its grip the world will be a better place. We are all different and everyone wont agree with everyone...

It depends on the group of people. There isn't one person in the world that is completely unique. There are groups of people. You may think you're unique, but there are many other people in the world with the same characteristics and situation that you have.

The thing is I always wondered, is why, now that our planet is basically all in contact (with some exceptions, ex. Sentinel Island, a island in the Indian ocean with uncontacted people.)

We all have some way to communicate with one another, no matter how brief. And yes, we will always have the need to kill something. It is in our genes, even if we don't need to. Thats probably why we make these violent games we all play here

The point is im trying to make, is that, perhaps if we can unite globally, noyt in terms of nations of goverments, or any other corruptible system, but rather, as a human project for each other. If we did this, just to benefit the whole of our very species, perhaps we can wipe out the terrible diseases we have, hell mabye even explore and colonize space more, and advance in our technology, and generally be more united in our efforts of peace. Now of course global peace has a highly unlikely chance of being obtained, I realize that. People, discounting their genetic facotrs, do have diffrent mindsets. And yes, ussually diffrent opinions come into conflict with one another.

But if we could work together, if only briefly, imagine what we could do, as the amazing race we all already are, could even attain more. Im not preaching some religion, or some waste of time goverment ideology, but rather, jsut a way to help each other more, to kill something off our lsit of worries.

yes yes and darn well yes. It doesnt matter what we all believe, if we did have a real collective aim to improve things there would be soooo much done. The very thought of it makes me wanna just go *"SHAZZAM"* and everyone just does it. Ah well...

Don't you realize? There is ONLY aim to improve things. The problem is we don't all agree on what is and isn't an improvement.

Yep. Some scientists try to find cures for cancer and famine. Others try to find ways to have longer lasting erections and prevent hair loss.

Well google... both of those jobs the scientists are doing are good

The thing is... its not just a group of scientists... I mean the whole human race, mabye jsut lay down our arms a bit, then mabye we can harness the resources to improve all of our sitatuion. Then after we improved it, we can grab our guns again and blow each others head's off. Im not a violent person, but I realize i belong to a race that is very quick to pull a trigger.

Whatever the fact is, If we even convince the world to do this even for 5 days... .well I belive you have a reasonable, cynical imaginations. (Yes some of us our more open and less cynical, but you know what I mean, we can all be realistic and put our nose into a bucket of sand knowing the word that will describe how we feel...and that is well... C'EST MON TERRIBLE.... MUI MAL..... LIKE CRAP)

But.... just something to think about.
