There's the G1 featuring the Cab Over design.

In many other Incarnations of Optimus was a Cybertronian version of this type of truck.

In the Movie Optimus because a different style of semi truck more commonly found in the U.S.

There is also a version of Optimus who transforms into a fire truck.
