I got this idea while reading Pixies thread. It is called Fan Fiction. You just rewrite a story that I give you. It will be a real story, not too long, but with bad detail, and you have to make it more interesting and funner to read. If you make it similar to the real story it won't be that high of a rating. I am the only judge, and there is a chance of a merit prize, If I get it approved.
First story:
A Brother's Love
Diana was 7 years old. Her brother, David, was 11. They had a fight over a muffin earlier in the morning. Now they were mad. Diana went to the backyard, and was now swinging on a tree swing. There was a bull ready to charge at her. David had been feeding the chickens. He saw the bull, and yelled at Diana to run. She didn't hear him. He ran over to Diana and yanked off her red sweater. He threw it far away and the bull went after it. Diana and David were not mad at each other anymore.
Diana a 7 year old redhead and her older brother David where constantly fighting, as each day passed the arguments got more feeble, for instance just that dull morning they had an argument over a cold 50p blueberry muffin purely for the sake of it, Diana proceeded to the back garden which was bright and eventful she sat on the rough wooden swing attached to the big tree by there father, David went outside to continue the argument when, over the hill he spotted it, a large snorting bull looking hotly towards his sister, the bull began to charge, he reached for the red cloak on her delicate back and very like a matador lead the bull in a differnt direction, it rushed him like a demon eyes red with anger, he swerved it and it hit the opposite wall, meanwhile his sister had finnaly realised what had happend, even though they argued there was still love between them A brothers love.
One sunny morning in mid-summer, Diana and David had a fight over a muffin."I got here first, so I should have it!" yelled Diana, 7 years old. Her brother, David, threw up his hands and stormed wordlessly out the front door. Diana followed, shouting something David didn't hear. She stomped out to the backyard and started to play on the tire swing. David heard she was singing something, but he couldn't tell what it was. When he raised his head to tell her to knock it off, he saw it. A bull had escaped from it's pen, and was now slowly edging it's way across the field, closing the distance between it and Diana. David darted from the chicken coop, where he had been feeding the numerous chickens. He grabbed Diana by the arm and pulled her behind the tree, leaving it between them and the bull. Diana started to yell, but David slapped his hand across her mouth. "Hush! A bull escaped from it's pen, and it's loose out there." He said in a quiet voice. Suddenly he had an idea. "Diana," he whispered." give me your coat." She obliged silently, and David threw it halfway across the field. The bull gave a menacing snort and charged at it. David and Diana broke out of their hiding spot and sprinted across the field. They ran in the front door as the bull looked up from the barely recognizable coat. Diana looked up at David then, and broke into tears. "Thank you" She whispered. David picked her up and hugged her like only a brother can do. ______________________________________________________
