I would say Super Mario 64. Great graphics for it's time and good gameplay.
I think it is "Mario and Luigi: Partners in time".

I think Super Mario World is the Best... And Super mario 64 second... And Galaxy third... That's My opinion
Galaxy is good, but just not as fun for some reason. Apart from that I haven't played many, but I'm getting Mario Kart Wii soon.
