I like the background. I'd even up the black border though. Maybe flip the second "E" backwards like he does, that's up to you though.

But it is uneven. The top and bottom are twice as thick as the sides.

It looks good, but to me it's like it's a cool background, only with a pic of Eminem and the words on top. I'd make it... I dunno... more layered into each other. I have no idea how to do that, I'm just telling you what I think. Also, I'd probably give it a 6/10.

Oh, one more thing _S_K_E_ looks just a little to thin so the letters seem gray as opposed to white like Eminem. If you could make them just a little bolder they'd pop more.

Yeah I made the borders even because people were asking for it. I added a few extras too.
