Join the UN! Only 192 positions available. No Vatican City, Kosovo, or Taiwan as in real life. Make resolutions and get them to pass to win points. Pick a country and lets get started. And there isn't a Security Council in this so no one gets supreme veto power.

You cannot just destroy half the world either. A state does not have the ability to launch Nukes.
