Its not ilegal to tell your opinion when
you drop by and read it anyway people

There's only one problem with that. When you rate a game, you are awarded AP. Changing your rating of the game would have to be rigged so that you're not awarded more AP. Other than that, it's a good idea.

yeah i kinda did the same thing on a couple of games that i would like to rechange and i guess we are not the only once who did that.

I'm not saying we should take away AP for voting on games, I'm saying that you should not get more AP when you change your vote.

you should get AP the first time you rate
the game and later if you change opinion
and revote you should (NOT!) gain anymore
AP points.

I did read your topic, I'm just saying it takes time to write a script that disables AP for re-rating.

I agree, raxter. My opinion changes all the time, and I cannot count the number of times I have wanted to change my rating on a game. But I think if you gave someone extra AP for changing their opinion, that would lead to spam.

but yeah, I think this is a good idea...some people would vote a low number at first time but when they play more or come back to it, they may want to change it to a high-number or vice versa. I think your quite right about not gaining AP for changing the rating of the game but I don't think you should get less of course because you rated a game, you should get AP for it. So this is a great idea, I did do a few accidental votes (like when I voted .5 lower or higher then what I was thinking about)
