I've been noticing in threads and topics how people call each other out over spelling/grammar I think it's time to chill down a bit if it's comprehensible like for example if someone right down aphganistan instead of Afghanistan you can correct them but you don't need to be sarcastic and rude like saying "good spelling" or saying " fail it's Afghanistan" in a thread for example called "WAR on WHAT??"
i personally don't give a damn if i feel like spelling something then i'll spell it but if i don't you already understand me enough to mock my spelling...
But if the spelling and grammar you can understand perfectly except for a few little mistakes. Ill start off by letting you know that that sentence makes no sense.
Ya I see where you get that I meant " If the spelling and grammar or perfectly readable and undertandable who cares?
Secondly is your spelling sarcastic to prove a point? If it is it doesn't matter since people can understand it perfectly. no, why did you highlight the same quote twice in the same post?
I didn't?
Thirdly where does this topic belong then? try the tavern. if it has nothing to do with world events, politics, or religion, you know it has no place in this section.
Ah but this is serious dicussion and I want this discussion to be serious.
Spelling mistakes happen. It becomes a problem when it remains uncorrected. For me, typos are no problem.
but when people write a paragraph with no periods or commas it becomes a problem especially when they don't capatilize words i never know where the new sentence begins it takes a great deal of mental strain to decipher the sentence
Don't be a grammar Nazis guys! If i dont capitalize or forgot to use punctuation correctly, let it go. Minor stuff: let it go so bad that you can't read it: say something.
