I can't wait for the Vampires Assistant to come out! I've read the whole series during the summer, then i found trailer of it. Post here if you love the series and gonna watch the movie! It's gonna be frikin awesome!
The first twilight book came out in 2005, first book from the cirque du freak series came out in 2002. Also, the are completely different. Just because there are vampires, doesn't make it a rip off.
Anyway, the movie looks terrible. I love the books, one of my favorite series and authors, but the movies look horrible. They changed important things in the story line, the cast is terrible (John C. Riley), and although it is PG-13 it still looks like it is directed towards a PG audience. It looks to bright and cheery and seems to have too many corn jokes.
But I digress. I was waiting for this movie for a year, but now that I've seen the trailer I'm very disappointed.

Im reading the first one it ok. I dont know why they make the second one first it annoying. Im not going to watch the film it looks like stereotipical vampires who live in transalvania and wear capes. Its not a twilight rip off. The daybreakers looks better.
If I do end up watching this movie, I won't be able to take it at all seriously, because John C Reilly is in it. I don't see how anything with Dewey Cox in it could be called a "serious film".

I was very happy when I heard they were coming out with a movie... Until I saw the trailer. God, I could make a better trailer with only a camera and play dough :\\
