I have been searching for a topic similar but found none. What exactly triggers the mayors enrage and how to stop him using it. Once he gets it he just one shots me. I tried getting rid of the Guardian first, then Mayor first. Both ended up with him enraged.
First is his whack stage, second after he takes about 1k hp is the enrage stage. (And retrograde?). The third one is when he's at...half? life and he begins doing ohthosenice debuff spams...which are annoying because he hit me for 20k once when I had the extra hp >_> There might be a fourth...he dispells enrage in the third.
