This is not a complete idea, and its mostly for the active, who always right an complete post, where theres more than one word or a smiley like "I like the game" or "Sucks".
I think many users here on AG, just write in these topics to gain quick APS, so i was thinking, why dont just remove the AP?
It would deffiently make lots of more users inactive, but then ArmorGames would be a community where only the most constructive members was posting!
When i say, remove AP, i dont mean like remove the whole system, but remove some of the ways to gain APS. We could remove some of these things: (1 Gain AP for posting (2 Gain AP for commenting
And then only get AP for merits or submitting a game!
Come with some feedback on this idea! Also the mods etc !
Its a mediocre idea, but if, say you had 1 AP, you should have more Armatars to chose from because people like AP for the following reasons: 1. Cool Rank (Wood Knight, Gold Duke, etc). 2. Numbered Rank (#---- out og ----------- users) 3. Armatars

Your right with that one with armatars. But what are you doing in a community if your just posting to see a little picture of a king crown?
I dont see why we need that rank thing either. Some people also just post for the rank, and i think thats stupid. Get a life people who do that! People can play games if they want to compete at ranks, my oppinion!

Its a great idea, to see that people are active via the point system.
The only problem is, that over half of the people on AG only posts things like "Sucks" "Nice game" etc.
Having tons of posts doesent mean your active. I bet, that if we now copyed all Carlies text into a notebloc, and all fst6 text into a notesbloc. Then would Carlies notbloc take ALOT more space than fst6's notebloc
My point is, that over half of the people abuse the forum to get points.
