Last few days I've noticed a weirdness in scrolling down a thread in the forums. First I thought it was only in the very long Gemcraft 0 Thread, but I've now noticed that it happens in all threads.
WHen I scroll, the text disappears and it takes a little time after I stop scrolling for the text to redraw.
Is this just me or is there some problem with the site? Thanks!
It's probably just you if you're computer is really old...It hasn't happened to me.
Well duh! of it was I would know not to ask. My computer is new as of December last year, Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 @ 2.53GHz with a Windows experience index of 5.2. I think that's pretty sufficient for most things.
It doesn't seem to matter. It also doesn't matter whether I've scrolled to the bottom and are scrolling back or not. SO it seems to be a rendering issue.
I actually had this happen to me, especially on really long threads, such as the WoM FAQ/Archives, and some others and it will show up just barely on other threads like this one, but not as much. Its not too odd or bad though.
