I could write a test that definitively generalises common human traits, and it might even be geared towards a specific field or profession (which would actually be useful) but it would still be an in - out formula. You tell the test that you're one of the options, and it repeats it back to you like it's a trick.
Personality tests are pseudo-intellectuals waving hands.
