So i was, listening to some of my music from limewire. And i have AVG as anti-virus program. It does that scan when you want it to, or when you have set it too. Anyways it scan's and 7"Threats" come up... It says it have deleted, so just to be sure i reboot(restart) my computer. And now when i start up it say's: Due to some secruity stuff some program shuts down my pc. it says like 60,59,58... and when it reachers 0... well you know what happens XD
I have AVG to, it does that scan on anything it does not like, it wont let me get some of my e-mail cause it thinkgs it spam.... and as for the Trojan Horse, I dont think you got it cause if you did then you cant even turn it on, AVG just says that, and as for the count down....
I have AVG aswell but mine is fine it just moves my threats to the virus vault for deletion. If you had a Trojan virus your computer would be screwed!!!

Your right PossibleInstability, Limewire is a like a breeding ground for virus'.
yeah limewire totally shut down my friends(multiple people) I had it and it killed my system anti-virus came up and repeated lime wire like 20x and i stopped using it.
Ok thanks for all the tips, i have cut the virus off now, but its still there, but the file it's hidding does not exict, but now its not bothering anymore.
I'm 100% sure it is Limewire. I ran that forever, and got buckets of viruses. Thank you Webroot.

...But you still have a virus. Seriously, for the $20 it costs to get it removed just do it. You won't die from being $20 out of pocket.
