first, I trap it in a time-dilation field. then, I shoot neutronium-core bullets at it (they hover in the compressed time, their velocity is still there...) third, I fire an ultra-powerfull laser at it. (it is not certain if light itself slows down in these fields. I recoreded the position, just in case. fourth, I fire a photon torpedo, a quantum torpedo, and a transphasic torpedo at it from space, then turn the intensity of the time-dilation field down with a remote. assuming the self-destruct initiates, I increase the intensity of the time-dilation field a little, so that the explosion leaks out slowly. (yeah, yeah, you can't block/dodge it, but you never said we couldn't try to mitigate the stun duration )
First I get all over armor, super bullet proof Second I get some bullet proof goggles Third I get a swat team and arrest the bubble Fourth I get a sniper that has double piercing Fifth I get a turret disruptor Six I come on top of a building Seventh I snipe in with the maximum damage/double piercing. Eight The sniper is really super duper accurate.
I start off with Aeroga to blow it away from me, then I charge and fire a lazor, followed up by a Falcon Punch, and the 1000 needles... Then I doublecast Ultima and Quick, then use doublecast to get in 4 more Ultimas.
