It was supposed to be seasons, lol. Loook closely, you'll see starting from the left....blue(winter), green(spring), and autumn and summer got squished together, the ctank blasts + marines are summer, grodz are autumn. Had a transparcency problem, so I just cropped it

They build like one hover every one and a half seconds.

Yeah Hovers build quite fast, even as capitalist. If you have the resources you can amass a large army very quickly. As fascist theyre almost instant. They do take 30 MP and 10 energy each though so they require a lot of resources, but quick producing.

Hovers, unfortunately, to me, seem like they don't have much HP =\\
