i say the ps3 even tho i dont have one i have played one i mean xbox has really good graphics in some of their games but ps3 is way better tell me what you think?

Ps3: GPU: RSX @550MHz
xbox 360: GPU: 500 MHz ATI Xenos

But some would argue that the unified shader in the ATI more than makes up for the 10% extra clock speed in the RSX.

PS3 is much better than the Xbox 360 in graphics. not just in graphics though, but in games, power, and how it looks.

Xbox 360 has the best applied use of its graphics in its well produced games. The PS3 may mechanically have the possibility for having better graphics but its cost and sheer manpower needed to create games for it are holding it back so only large companies have an ability to make good graphics on it. The 360 however, is more easily assessable to starting developers than the PS3 to make great looking games.

Did you know that all the 3 current gen systems uses the same Data Architecture called PowerPC.

PowerPC stands for Performance Optimized With Enhanced RISC Processor Chip.

So there isn't needed any more manpower to make games with good graphics for the PS3 then it's for the 360.

PS3 is more powerful console than xbox360. and as for graphics, it depends upon games not consoles.

I think they're about tied, both are Next Gen systems, the games are what matter. The systems themselves have great capabilities, it's just the game that matters.

ya i think the ps3 is built to have better graphics but game makersr never really put it to the test until mgs4 came out. MGS4 is probably the best graphically made game of this age. correct?

the xbox's game makers really did focus on there games having spectaular graphics you can tell. but when it comes to the system in it self, the ps3 is built to have better graphics. so im gunn say the ps3 wins this battle

PS3, but graphics don't matter to me. I'm happy with my Wii, as long as it has Mario games.

Anygame with havoc has awesome graphics and I have seen more havoc games for the ps3. So ps3 has my vote.
