This is not a new tourney or something in that nature.
I'm putting forth a suggestion that every non-hacker should join a clan lead by a respectible player. Then we non-hackers only play against other clan members.
Advantage: It's easier to check up a clan's members list and see who do not hack(only non-hackers should be admitted) rather than relying on the not so reliable SOYMASTER's hackers list, because hackers change their names all the time.
It would be the clan leader or his assign's job to verify their members' non-hacking status.

not so reliable list well most hackers on the list havent canged their yet
There is a way! Just contact me or SS and post a screen shot and/or make a video and post it. You make the difference it doesn't matter if they change their names because we will find them! And they shall be added to the list.
