Brixius is easy even for Hydra. Get Flash Freeze to 4/4, Mind Freeze, and Regulate, and set Roald on whatever and Veradux on Phanalax. Drain his focus, stun him if necessary to prevent his re-energizing attack. When he Holy Scars himself, well, Flash Freeze, Mind Freeze, and Vapor Cannon are all strong attacks. I was lucky enough to have Veradux take him out with a lucky Electro Bolt that did nearly 4000 damage
