I know some people don't care to much for Halloween because it is evil or some crap like that, but should people give bible cartoons to kids trick-or-treating. If kids and their parents wanted to hear how bad Halloween is and blah blah they would go to a church to trick-or-treat. Lets face it kids just what candy.
Hey, religious crap happens. I don't get involved for I gave up on that a while ago. For people who follow the man of peace, there are more hate groups that praise him then anyone else. He, as in God. Of like a sign that I read sometime last year that said "The Ignorance of Atheism". That just made me want to make a sign that said "Science: For the evolved, not the created". And why give out Bible cartoons? If you make the choice to give out these cartoons, you made the choice to deal with anything that happens to them. I would burn it personally, but others would keep them. It's all opinion.
Halloween isnt even christian its druid and it was the day the dead were supposed to rise and walk the earth and they would take gords and carve faces in them so it would scare away the demons.
A lot of the major holidays were originally pagan in origin. Halloween, Christmas, Easter. They were all pagan holidays adopted into Christianity. Most likely this was done as a means to convert people.
Its weird that they do that, Christianity (or at least Catholics) have no problem religiously with Halloween. In fact, my church has trick-or-treating things were kids go to the senior center to trick-or-treat from the seniors there. The seniors really like it, and from what Ive heard, look forward to it every year.
Kids are not entitled to candy when they trick or treat. It's not a law. So if someone wants to give out Bible cartoons, vegetables, books, pennies, or a fake check, then whatever. No sweat off my back.

While I knew about Christmas and historians say that they didn't necessarily know the day of Jesus' birthday, but wanted to convert pagans or something like that, at least last time I checked, but since when is Halloween a Christian holiday? It may be celebrated as a free candy and costume day type thing by some, but some don't celebrate it at all last time I checked. As far as Easter is concerned I have found that it was celebrated by both as I did not know that before, but its probably like that for the same reason as Christmas most likely from what I can tell.

Well to tell you the truth its like giving a kid an apple to promote healthiness. They probably aren't going to care much for it unless its covered in caramel. I think that it also might be offensive to the parents who may not want their kids to see anything related to religion. While I don't actually see a problem with people doing this, I really just see no point in it to be honest.
