I beat Juggerdome acievments and i didnt get bertha (wth is that????!?!?!?!)
Bertha is achieving 17 achievements, I think.
probably just a glitch
its a weapon, and u might have bought all weapons isntead of all upgrades, i did that :P bertha isnt that good compared to 4 mines - machines || or 4 shotguns - convicts
