Pastafarianism (or in some cases spagnosticism) is a mock of Christianity. After the Kansas board of education suggested God be taught in science lessons, because there's always the possibility intelligent design created the Universe. I science teacher in Kansas sent a letter to the board of education stating that a lump of spaghetti and meatballs (the Flying Spaghetti Monster) could just as easily be a intelligent design, yet they would not accept that being taught in science lessons.
