Hi im bacobit,and i've came up with an idea for AG.If you've ever gone on Facebook then you know that it has clubs,so I thought what if AG had clubs?I think that the clubs should be on the community part of the website,and should be set up like so...
Random club (join club)
About this club (random stuff about the club
# of club members--->[members:100,000,000]
(the "About this club" section would be longer)
so i'll make a supporter list so if you post please say if you do or don't support
1) This is a gaming website. This is not Facebook, this not not even near to the same type of site as Facebook. We do not care of you like football or model trains and do not need to see evidence of that in a group.
2) Stop multi-posting with an updated list. If we had an edit feature you could update the OP, but since we don't please stop the multi-posting. We can read for ourselves who thinks this is myspace and who knows that this is a GAMING website that has shown its stance on customizable profiles and other features taken directly from social networking sites. In case you missed it, all of the previous ideas were denied.
Just thought of a counter claim to what I just said and I can hear it going something like this, "OMG lyke wut if we jus make the clubz about gaming d00d!?"
To save you all the trouble of asking such a silly question:
We have favorites viewable from your profile pages for this exact reason. No club can express more compassion than this. There are also threads here in our very own forums about most "opular" games. Feel free to voice your opinions there. If you don't see a thread about a game that you feel deserves a club then make a new thread!
Disclaimer: This involves all sorts of gaming, not just flash gaming.
* Currently in discussions about establishing a more formal club system, so that we can revise our position about blanket-disallowing clubs in general.

Be patient. The mods are clearly aware of the desire many users have for clubs. I'm sure the issue will be resolved in the short-medium term.
