Hey there, it's thoad, philosophy-ing it up.

Now recently, I was introduced to a song about the universe, feat Carl Sagan and Stephen Hawking. The song is right here. Now, within the song, it says: "Space is fueled, with a network of wormholes, you might emerge somewhere else in space.... some whenelse in time"

Now that made me think about something through a simple "what if". What what if would that be? To answer your question, I'll first say my opinoin as far as the world being fueled by a network of wormholes is simply absurd to me. But, this is a hypothetical. My what if was: "What if space was literally filled with a network of wormholes?". Building on that quesiton, I figured, "Well if that was true, then we would be falling in and out of wormholes... without even noticing. That would mean that every single time you twitch, every time something moves... it moves to a different time and place. Which is technically true. In such case, are we actually alive and something? If the wormholes were to be there, we would only have the illusion of movement and time. Meaning.... we'd be an animation."

I the wormholes are everywhere, then different parts of us would be popping in and out of existence at random points in time. Existence would be drastically different than it is now. try researching a bit about the background physics first - not making this as an off-the-song interpretation of an incomplete message.

Again, I don't beleive in the wormholes and it just got me to think.

I expected more of an open-minded, analytic perspective from you, alt.

I'm being open-minded - I'm just saying what I can from the background in the OP. There isn't much to analyze besides one narrow possibility, at least from what was stated. Gimme some analyzing space :P

It's like saing you don't belive in E=MC^2
see this

You would be on the moon at 1342 in 1 second. You can go foward and backward in time depnding on your velocity. And you go to other places.

if there wormholes sometime in the future people would have found them and used them. thats why time machines are impossable, because we havnt found a time traveler yet. unless the apocolypse is sooner then we thing besides 2012... why is everyone so scared anyways? how could the mayans have predicted it. i thinkall the talk about doomsday is just alien theorists who suck balls

If the wormholes were everywhere you know what would suck? One pops up on ur arm and goes away with ur arm and it cuts it off and you blead to death, so wouldnt that be an everyday thing?

That's just stupid and 0% chance of that happening.

If wormholes exist they would be EVERYWHERE and a worm hole simply means a passage into some sort of hyperspace or if you believe in membrane theory a tear in our universe that leads to the universe of all the multi verses. A wormhole would exist like an electron, being in all places at once then being in none.

1. It is possible see my link. There is Sientifick proof.
2. Maybe it is very hard to time-travel?
3. Why would they want to go to the past?
4. Who said they didn't?

Wormholes can not be used for time travel because they are impossible to predict and if you were caught in one it would become too narrow too fast and you would be caught inside and cease to exist they close so fast light travelling through gets caught inside

I have read a book about wormhole, the writer said that only thanks to wormhole we can travel to starts which are located far away from earth. To me this idea seems rather impossible to realize, cause the resources needed to create an artificial wormhole are huge, so almost impossible to gather, so my opinion is that this way of traveling cannot be realized.

There are natural worm-holes you know.
