Strength and speed and instinct increased by 300% would pretty much mean tripling each. That is way, way overpowered. (Even without the 50% less damage)

Valid point, maybe i could have added a a side effect of taking 200% more damage taken for 7 turns after the 5 turns are over?

Yes, and increasing the cooldown.
Than, it could be considered.
And instinct somehow doesn't fit for the description of an "animal".
