Find all the survivors you can then search and get all the weopons. Thats prety much it when you talk about last stand one. The second one is much more complex. Search the sheriffs ofice in Glendale and the park storage. then check the church, building with the weopon sign and the houses tell you have enough suplies to go to the next town. Go to aspenwood if you have atleast 2 survivors to back you up and search the abandoned houses and sheds. You get the shotgun and compound bow. Next town search the sherifs office and the diner. you will get a hunting rifle. head on to the next town and gather all the suplies you need like the ak-47 and m1 a1 and hightail it out of there. And mostly the reason i started this topic was so that the other players could could talk there strategies so theres not new guys saying they hate it cause they dont get very far without a strategy.

yay! the shotgun and the chainsaw are the best weapons if your barrier is down,shotgun due to it's burst effect in one shot,as well as it's interuptable reload,as for the chainsaw,youknow......
theres a shortcut for those that are not as pro,first,loot all cities before moving on,even if you found all the weapons there,by the time you reach the farm like place(maybe earlier),you would have enough food to just tour to union city
