Ok, in Low Tech what you need to do is try to get things like phantom and snipers, LOTS of them, and to prevent them from doing anything, if your using the outpost do the old sniper trick, advance till they shoot the enemy, and retreat back, then repeat till satisfied. But the best thing to do is phantom+anti chron. and its almost a guaranteed win, and just in case you need it, make meditecs, usually not needed, but if the melee combat goes sour, make phantoms and meditecs, and snipes of course.
