It doesn't exist anymore, I'm not sure of the exact reason, I think it's probably cause people were abusing, or maybe they just took it off to make it easier. Not sure.

It only makes the text bigger if several people vote it up for mods to see if it should be merited. A slight change in size won't make a mod notice it any more than any other merit-worthy comment.
