hello i have been playing armor games for about 5 months and i have decided i wanted to start making flash games. so if you know a system i should use (preferably little or no cost) please say it here.
You can only make Flash games with Adobe Flash. Unfortunately, Flash is an expensive program, so if you are developing on a budget this could be a problem. You can look more into the program on the Adobe website. There is also a student version which is less expensive, but you would still be looking at spending hundreds of dollars (and you cannot use a student version if you plan on making a profit from your developments). Flash does have a 30-day free trial that you can check out. So you can always download that to see if you even like the program before putting down any money for it.
One thing you might want to look into is if your school or a computer lab in the area has the program. My high school and university both had available computers with the program.
