Okay, I know this doesn't really belong in World Events, Politics, Religion and whatnot, but I refuse to post this in the Tavern because I can guarantee I won't get any decent responses. Anyways...
As we all know, people who are blind rely on their other senses to aid with their lack of sight. This causes their sense of hearing and touch to be more developed than that of a regular person.
Now say we have two people, person A and person B. Person A is born blind and at the same tome person B goes blind at the age of 15. Since then 15 years have passed, now person A is 15 and person B 30. Both have been blind for 15 years.
My question is this, who's senses are "better". Person A's, because they have never known anything else. Person B's because they are old. Or are they both the same, because both have been blind for 15 years? I was leaning towards person A, but I really have no clue.
It depends on the person, everyone learns at there own ace and everyones minds develop faster and slower than others, and you really don't know for sure.
But since we are already being hypothetical, hypothetically it would be person A because they have had 15 years to develop and learn about there other senses, and also have had the benefit of the knowledge of vision to help learn about there other senses, and then they have the learning with there other sharpened senses, so over all they have had more experience and more time to develop there senses.

I would think that person A who was blind at birth was developed blind would have the better senses since they did not have to adjust to their surroundings
