I'm all for the creation of viable classes, and have made 4 classes myself. (They're like 5-6 pages back though by now.) What I don't get is the incredible amount of junk posted. Here's my criteria for what makes a class.
Name: It doesn't have to be blank-ological, in fact its better not to go around botching up names. The name should be an adjective, esp. one ending in -ological, -ary (arbitrary), -ic (hydraulic, demonic).
Concept: Just ask yourself: Would Krin use this? It has to be viable, thought-through, and ORIGINAL.
Content: You need a basic description, the elements and stats it is based on, and some moves. Also, equipment is a nice addition.
Moveset: This is the longest section because, frankly, it's where most people go wrong. 2 starter moves should be included in the original post, along with some other moves that portrait the class. Moves should be based on percents of piercing and stats, not base damage. Put CD, cost, equips, element (if there's more than one in the class), and effect/damage. Moves should be balanced. I recommend inserting amounts of stats that one would have at certain levels (1, 15,30) and seeing what damage you would get until you get a fair attack. Also, try and make different types of moves (defensive, buff, heal, debuff, HoT, DoT, stun,or a combo of these, to name a few)They can't be summon moves. Sonny just doesn't have those.
Additional Posts: Add more moves, equipment, and comments on others' posts every once in a while. Do not spam or bump. Also, make only reasonable moves on additional posts, too. This goes for others posting on class ideas, too.
Please follow these guidelines when making a class.
sry for double post, but I forgot to mention this in my original post.
Any made-up class that does not follow these specifications will be regarded to as utter spam. I will not accept excuses like It's for fun, It's a spoof of people who make up classes, and I didn't know how I was supposed to do it, so lay off.
