Yup, it's another class by obscuredemon. I'm not abandoning Taijitu, I just had another idea.
This class has a lot of stuns. And I mean a LOT. This thing could stun lock forever if it wanted too... On the other hand, it can do pretty respectable DPT, and can heal too... all said and done, it has a plethora of options.
Speed - Medium. About an Electric Psycho's. Vitality - Depends what build, though generally low. Strength - Medium to high. Instinct - Medium to high. Elements - Earth and... well, Lightning, Fire, Ice, Shadow, Physical... Earth mainly, though.
The moves should be set out as follows:
MOVE NAME (CD:X, HU:V COSTS Y FOCUS, COSTS Z% OF FOCUS)
I'm not a dictator though, so feel free to use any way you want, just make sure it contains all of the stuff above. HU = Heat Up. Number of turns from the start of battle until the move is ready. I think the music for this build should be... [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYpdlDSmmvI[/url]
Sample Moves:
Quick Strike (CD:0, HU:0, Costs 0 Focus)
Does damage equal to 85% of your Instinct and Strength, and recovers 17 focus a turn for three turns. Level: Starter Equip Once
Elemental Blast (CD:0, HU:0, Costs 40 Focus) Attack the enemy for 100% of your Instinct and Strength. This attack scales with your Piercing and Defence. Level: Starter Equip Once
Crystal Shatter (CD:2 HU:2, Costs 50 Focus Stun the enemy for 1/2/3 turns and reduce damage done to them by 33/44/66%. Level 3 Equip Once
Magic Bolt (CD:1, HU:0, Costs 10 Focus Damages the enemy for 250/300/330% of your Instinct and cause themto take 10% more damage from all sources for 2 turns.
Electro Bolt (CD:4, HU:0, Costs 20 Focus) Damages the target for 125/150/175% of your Instinct and Strength and dispells 3 buffs from the target. Level 4 Equip Twice
You can use elemental type moves from other classes, or make up your own. Gem typey things as well.

Okay, but swing at phantoms???? And it should cost around 70. Good otherwise.
Shatterstrike (CD:5, HU:1, Costs 20 Focus)
Attack the enemy for 110/230% of your Strength and Reduce their Physical, Ice, /Shadow, Lightning, Earth and Fire Defense by 10/20% for three turns. Level 3 Equip Twice
Solidity Passive Reduce damage taken from all sources by 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10%.
X - Scissor CD:4, HU:4, Costs 80 focus Attack the enemy for 100/200/300% of your Physical Piercing, and gain 10% of your health back if the enemy has more than 5/4/3 buffs on it. Level 7 Equip Once
Imprison (CD:8, HU: 2, Costs 16% of total life) Seal the enemy in a tomb of quartz, preventing them from dealing damage equal to 100/150/200/225% of your Instinct and Strength and reduces their Speed by 25/30/35/40%. Tier 2 Equip Twice
Photosynthesis Passive Regain health equal to 20% of your Fire and Cosmic Piercing each turn.
Encase yourself with 1/2/3 boulders, having them protect you from attacks for up to 400% of your strength. If the damage is over that, a boulder will break and you will receive the damage the boulder could not take. (But it will still be minused)
Encases target in a thin layer of glass, which decreases physical piercing directed at the target by 10%, but increases cosmic piercing directed at the target by 15%. If over 500% the targets instinct is dealt to the target, the encasing will shatter, causing the original damage directed + 200% the target's vitality.
