I think I could only fix it if I made less frames. Like the pterodactyl one only has like 60, but all the ones with 100 or more are slow. Maybe it's just a lag.

Lag is a part of it, but adding more frames makes it more smooth. The more frames you have, the slower the overall speed is if you don't increase the frame rate. I'm guessing your using pivot, right? I would suggest turning it to around 30~ FPS, seeing as most of your parts are varying from 60 to 100 frames. If that's still not enough, slowly increase the frame rate until your happy with it. It will shorten the animation, but it'll make it look better overall.
Agh... I don't have pivot on this comp. It's on my really, really old one that I sold. But I believe it's somewhere near the top right corner. I think it's the little scroll bar near play and stop, but don't take my word for it since I haven't used pivot for nearly 2 years now.
