So, I'm back.

I need some help. Involving my Ipod.

Okay, here's the deal, I have a rather small number of songs(not telling), and I need to find more to quench my ever growing thirst for music...

Just, I'm not really good in finding them. So if I list down the bands I listen to, perhaps you guys could lend a hand and let me know any great bands? Kay?

(Gosh, I lost touch typing in Forums)
Muse
The Killers
Paramore
Linkin Park
RHCP
Backstreet Boys
N'Sync
Panic! At The Disco
Nickelback
The Fray
Fort Minor
Cobra Starship
Breaking Benjamin
The Fray
Maroon 5
My Chemical Romance
Simple Plan
Seether
Akon

So that should be it....if anyone has nice bands to recommend, cheerio, thanks a bunch!

I thought you liked dark stuff :P

I can't think of any bands. Judging by that list you might like Green Day or some stuff like that.

Can I give you individual songs that are awesome?

Yeah sure, individual songs are okay.

Well yeah dark, but not death-metal-rape-murder-dark kind of dark. I like metal that isn't so...harsh. Call me softie, but I prefer nu-metal, power metal's okay to a certain extent. So no, for examle Hammerfall, but not say...Cannibal Corpse.

An yeah, I know I do like boy bands >.>

Okay XD

My music range is rather limited, but some songs that I find awesome are

Enter Sandman by Metallica
One (S&M version) by Metallica
For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica
War Pigs by Black Sabbath
Thunderstruck by AC/DC
Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Electric Funeral by Black Sabbath
Hey You by Pink Floyd
Waiting for the Worms by Pink Floyd
Whale Song by Modest Mouse
Welcome to the Jungle by Guns n Roses

Just a few.

Run for the Hills (?) and The Number of the Beast are pretty good. I haven't ever gotten to big on them though.

Any song from Modest Mouse's Lonesome Crowded West, any Pink Floyd song, or anything from Opeth's album D*mnation.

Or other stuff from Opeth if this song isn't too extreme for your tastes (give the entire thing a listen, please):

Opeth isn't bad. The bassist in my band is really into them. I've yet to get that into them.

I like their softer stuff more, but it's all great. My favprite song by them has got to be "To Rid the Disease" especially the bassline

I just listened to "To Rid the Disease"...not bad. You're right, the bassline was pretty cool. I liked how mellow it was, and it had a good progression to it. I'm not a metalhead, but this song of theirs was good.
